STOCK FIRST AID:
Colic Treatment - "Two teaspoons ground clove in the lower lip". (Cheapest if bought at a health food store.) This is very simple, is not 100%, but easy to carry in your stock first aid kit and better than nothing if you are way back in the back country and do not have access to a vet.

Learn about outdoor ethics from the framework of LEAVE NO TRACE Principles, including
--1. Plan Ahead and Prepare
--2. Travel and Camp on Durable Surfaces
--3. Dispose of Waste Properly
--4. Leave What You Find
--5. Minimize Campfire Impacts
--6. Respect Wildlife
--7. Be Considerate of Other Visitors
